In our SMALL group classes you will use a variety of Pilates apparatus including the reformer, stability chair, and tower to perform a flowing workout that develops strength, flexibility, mobility, and endurance. Props like the Bosu, balls, foam rollers, stretchy bands, and the magic circle will also be incorporated to make sure your classes are varied and fun!
A challenging Pilates flow that will focus on strength, be quicker in pace, and will most likely involve standing on any piece of Pilates apparatus. Work hard & feel the results.
A low impact cardio style Pilates flow that uses the jump board. Weights, barre exercises and functional fitness will keep you moving & energized!
A moderate paced Pilates flow that incorporates breath to movement to build better posture, flexibility, and endurance. Principles of control & rhythm will be incorporated to bring balance to body & mind.
A flow that will breathe life into your workout. Bend, stretch, reach & elongate to open your muscle and mind. Play with stretching variation on all apparatus to see what feels good in your body.
