Rhonda Pompeii

Certified Pilates & Yoga Teacher

With over 20 years of experience, I’ve earned multiple certifications in fitness and movement, always striving to keep people motivated and active. My journey into mind-body exercise transformed my life—helping me manage digestion issues, improve alignment, and relieve stress through focused breathing and movement.

My background in Pilates, yoga, and chiropractic environments has given me a deep understanding of body mechanics, allowing me to help clients strengthen weak areas, improve posture, and achieve balance. My teaching style blends challenge and adaptability, ensuring everyone—regardless of fitness level or limitations—can benefit from Pilates.

Paul Pompeii

Certified Pilates Teacher | Certified Tennis Professional (USPTA & USPTR)

With over 25 years in the recreation and fitness industry as a tennis professional, I embraced Pilates in 2019, inspired by my wife, Rhonda. After completing 500+ hours of comprehensive training with Club Pilates, I’ve experienced firsthand its benefits in injury prevention and overall well-being.

Pilates has become an integral part of my health and fitness journey, and I’m excited to continue growing under Rhonda’s leadership at Blue Heron.

Andrea (Andy)

Over three years ago I found my passion for Pilates. I love how it changed my body both physically and mentally.

I became certified to teach earlier this year and am already continuing my education. Love to help you with your Pilates journey.

Rita Snyder

After just one class I was so inspired by the physical benefits,

I trained to become a certified Pilates teacher. I've helped many people experience the transformation of their body and mind. I look forward to helping you!

Holly Ghaemi

Holly earned her 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certification in 2023 and has since led over 100 group and private classes.

Her fitness journey began in Klein, TX, with tennis and ice skating, later expanding through Texas 4000—a charity bike ride from Austin to Anchorage. This experience fueled her passion for fitness, ultimately leading her to Pilates.

With a deep appreciation for form and control, Holly is transitioning from contemporary to classical Pilates, drawn to its structure and precision.
